Admission Items
- A week’s worth of clothing. Loose, comfortable fitting. No open toe shoes. Shorts are ok as long as they aren’t short shorts. No halter tops, cut off midriffs, low scoop necks, mini-skirts. No gang related paraphernalia, colors, etc. No alcohol, bar, or drug related insignias, ads on clothing.
- All personal hygiene items should be brought. No pump hairspray-only aerosol. Bring feminine hygiene items, soap, and a soap dish. (The only thing we supply is a shower curtain and toilet paper.)
- Physician prescribed medications, in their original labeled pharmacy container, bring a 30 day supply or refill and means to pay for refills (no narcotics).
- One required over-the counter meds-Aspirin-Tylenol-Motrin, etc. in a manufacturer sealed container. (No Excedrin or Tylenol PM)
- Big Book/ 12 Step 12 Tradition 12/12/ Optional NA book, Bible
- 3-Spiral notebooks, pens, pencils, highlighter. Optional-journal.
- Phone calling card. Money for sodas.
- Optional-laundry soap, dryer sheets.
- Stamps, stationary, addresses.
- Cigarettes, lighters, matches are allowed.
- Things not to bring: No radios, cell phones, beepers, CD players, clocks. No novels, magazines, food items or linens. Nothing with alcohol (ex-mouthwash, perfume, cologne, nail polish remover). No playing cards.
- Client should arrange to be dropped off. No personal autos are allowed on the premises.
